Statement on HB141, Insurance Related Inducements
SALT LAKE CITY (Feb. 9, 2015) – Statement from the Office of Governor Gary R. Herbert:
Gov. Herbert applauds the House Business and Labor Committee for favorably recommending HB141, the Insurance Related Inducements, sponsored by Rep. John Knotwell (R-52). This bill will provide clarity and allow innovative businesses to provide their services in Utah. The governor urges the Legislature to pass this bill without delay.
