Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
Prep time: 12 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Servings: 10-12 truffles

  • Truffles:
  • 1/2       cup plain rolled oats
  • 1/4       cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 1          scoop Bowflex Body French Vanilla shake powder
  • 1          packet Bowflex Body Rich Chocolate Fat Burner+ shake boost
  • 1/4       cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2          tablespoons honey
  • 1/4       cup all-natural chunky peanut butter
  • 1          teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4       cup cold water
  • 1          teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • Coating:
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (about 1/4 cup)
  1. Combine all truffle ingredients in mixing bowl and stir well. Place bowl in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so mixture can firm up. Remove bowl from refrigerator and form 10-12 small balls. Roll each ball in cocoa powder to lightly coat.
  2. Notes: For easier mixing of peanut butter, warm in microwave for 30 seconds before use. Truffles can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week or in freezer for 1 month.
