The North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
The hearing will be held to receive comments for an application to amend the zoning map for the property, located at approximately 2750 North 1275 East from Suburban Residential Zone RE-20 to Residential Single Family R-1-10. The hearing will be held to determine if a variance to 12-1-12 the North Ogden Subdivision ordinance to not apply the block length standard found in 12-6-3 (4) (b) for preliminary approval for the Ward Farms subdivision located at approximately 900 East and 1900 North.
