Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weber County, Utah
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 24th day of May 2016.

1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $74,284.89.
2. Request for approval of warrants #404955-#405191 in the amount of $3,213,760.95.
3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on May 17, 2016.
4. Request for approval of ACH payment to the US Bank in the amount of $133, 757.80 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending May 16, 2016.
5. Request from the Weber County Tax Review Committee for approval of recommendations for second extensions on the following properties:

6. Request from the Weber County Tax Review Committee for approval of recommendation for approval of a refund for over payment on property tax for Parcel #10-069-0001.
7. Request for approval of Modification No. 2 to Inmate Telephone Vending Agreement by and between Weber County and Global Tel-Link/Inmate Telephone, Inc., to amend and revise FCC mandated rates and charges for inmate telephone services, transactions fees, and other requirements. (Original contract - #2005-66; Modification no. 1- #2009-97).
8. Request from the Weber Morgan-Health Department for approval to surplus five vehicles.
9. Request for approval of a Real Property Lease Agreement Extension by and between Weber County and Summers & Summers, LLC for a one-year extension of Contract 2013-168.

Chapter 29 (Ogden Valley Destination and Recreation Resort Zone); Title 108, Chapter 1 (Design Review); Title 108, Chapter 2 (Ogden Valley Architectural, Landscape and Screening Design Standards); Title 108, Chapter 8 (Parking and Loading Space, Vehicle Traffic and Access Regulations); Title 108, Chapter 19 (Accessory Apartments); and Title 110, Chapter 2 (Ogden Valley Signs) within the County Land Use Code.
