9 Discussion and action on 2016 Amended Budget - Resolution 10-2016, a resolution amending the district budget for CY/FY 2016, together with its associated forms, schedules and attachments, and providing that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and posting.
10 Discussion and action on 2017 Tentative Budget - Resolution 11-2016, a resolution adopting the budget, together with its associated forms, schedules, and attachments, for the Weber Fire District for the fiscal year from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017; adopting pay, compensation and staffing plans and schedules for employees and appointed and elected officials; ratifying and adopting the District's administrative policy; and providing that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and posting.
11 Discussion and action on Resolution 12-2016, a resolution approving and reestablishing the annual meeting schedule for the Board of Trustees of the District for the calendar year of 2017, and providing for an effective date.
12 Discussion and action on Resolution 13-2016, a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a cooperative agreement between the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands (Division) and Weber Fire District (District), submitting to qualifications and participating commitments; and provisions related to Initial Attack, Delegation of Fire Management, Transfer of Fiscal Responsibility and Extended Attack; Authorizing the Chair to sign such Agreement; and providing for an effective date.
