PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 30th day of May, 2017.

take public comment on a proposal to amend the following sections of Weber County Code: Definitions (§101-1-7), Ogden Valley Lighting (§108-16), and Ogden Valley Signs (§110-2) to provide clearer standards for outdoor light and outdoor lighting devices in the Ogden Valley in order to support dark sky-viewing, astrotourism, the Dark Sky accreditation of North Fork Park, and the Ogden Valley General Plan.
10. Request for approval of a conditional use request for The Exchange at Wolf Creek Resort Phase 1 PRUD located within the approved Wolf Creek Resort Master Development including an average building height of 33 feet as conditionally allowed in the CVR-1 zone.
11. Request for approval of Change Order No. 5 to add money to the contract between Weber County and Staker Parson for the construction of the 12th Street Roadway Widening Project for work that has already been completed.
