PUBLIC NOTICE
Weber Fire District is proposing to adopt impact fees to be applied to development activity occurring within the boundaries of the Service Area. Revenues derived from the Impact Fees will be used to pay for the construction of fire facilities and acquisition of fire suppression equipment identified in the impact fee analysis. A public hearing on the proposed impact fees is scheduled for October 8th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Weber Fire District Station 61, 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah. Copies of the Impact Fee Resolution and Study are available for inspection at Station 61. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Agency will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 801-782-3580 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
