NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City
will hold four Public Hearings on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the City Hall.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the first Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request of a re-zone of a portion of the property located at 1900 North 2000 West, parcel number 19-040-0054, from the R-1-15 zone to the C-2 Commercial zone
The purpose of the second Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request of a conditional use permit for a commercial business and warehouse for storage for Derrick Oman located at 1990 North 2000 West
The purpose of the third Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider changes to the zoning ordinance on height and size restrictions of accessory buildings in residential zones
