Governor appoints three judges to Third District Court

SALT LAKE CITY (Oct. 20, 2017) – Gov. Gary R. Herbert has appointed Linda Jones, Patrick Corum and Amber Mettler to the Third District Court.

JULY- SEPTEMBER 2017 QUARTERLY MILK PRODUCTION  MOUNTAIN REGION HIGHLIGHTS 

Arizona dairy herds produced 1.15 billion pounds of milk during the July- September quarter, up 4.1 percent from the previous year.  

Colorado dairy herds produced 1.07 billion pounds of milk during the July- September quarter, up 6.9 percent from the previous year.  

Montana dairy herds produced 73.0 million pounds of milk during the July- September quarter, down 1.4 percent from the previous year.

Legislature to sue Attorney General's office to release legal opinion on special election process

The Republican-controlled Utah Legislature will sue GOP Attorney General Sean Reyes in an attempt to get an opinion on whether Gov. Gary Herbert violated law in not calling a Legislature-requested special session earlier this year.
