“I am saddened to learn of the passing of Penny Davis, wife of Sen. Gene Davis. She was a friend to many and a beloved wife and mother. Jeanette and I extend our condolences to the Davis family. Our prayers are with them during this difficult time, and we wish them peace and comfort.”
