Sen. Lee Offers Opening Statements on Day 1 of Kavanaugh Confirmation Hearings

WASHINGTON – Today, Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) participated in the first day of Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings. His opening remarks, in part and as prepared, were as follows:

Bishop Announces 2018 Veterans Resource Fair

WASHINGTON – Representative Rob Bishop (R-UT) announces his 2018 Veterans Resource Fair. The annual fair will take place at the Hill Aerospace Museum. Partnership with Kentucky Nonprofit Could Become National Model

PIKEVILLE, Ky., Aug. 31, 2018 – On International Overdose Awareness Day, Assistant to the Secretary for Rural Development Anne Hazlett announced that USDA has formalized an innovative agreement in which a nonprofit organization will purchase homes from the Department and convert them to transitional housing for people recovering from opioid misuse.
