Proposed changes to Section 12-112 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance to change height limitations in the Manufacturing and Commercial General Zone and changes to the uses in the Commercial Neighbor and Commercial General Zone. The Commission will also address extending the manufacturing zone on the west side of I-15 from approximately 750 north to the west Willard City boundary and north to the Willard City limits. This has passed.
Consideration of Resolution 2013-13 to increase Sewer Use Fees resulted in sewer fees being raised by about $14.00 more a month. This is to insure the repayment of the loan on the waste treatment facility.
