With School starting in Perry, we would like to remind everyone to go slow and watch for children walking to and from school. Also, beware of school buses pulling off the highway and back on. There were several times cars went around busses stopped with flashing light at the end of the year last year. As always, we need to watch for all hidden dangers while driving.

The land dispute with Perry City and the Nelson Family was resolved regarding the land dispute without the need of further court action. The Mayor and City Council members hope this agreement will help the community heal and that all residents will come together to continue to make Perry City the perfect place to call home.

Save the Date!!! Oct 5th & 6th from 6 to 8pm, Perry City will be hosting a 2 night event to get input from the community members regarding a 10-year General Plan, planning for the growth and development of Perry City.

Geneva Rock had early operations during the month of August starting on the 9th. In support of the I-15 three lane expansion project Geneva Rock will be starting operations at 3:00 a.m.  This was coordinated through the Mayor and Geneva rock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
