: Resolution To Save Our Veterans From V.A. Psychiatric Suicide

Wednesday, October 2, 2019 - 9:45am
Gary Koniz

This (case) is especially important to the Conscience of our Nation as it concerns and affects our returning from war Military Combat Veterans who are being systematically hewn-down by Psychiatric Labeling and Disabling Sedation Treatment by the V.A. to be left homeless in the streets to suicide at the rate of 22 a day.

The bigger picture at stake here is American Sovereignty (not to be confused with the epithet "White Supremacy,") but the Sovereignty of the American People to their Self-Determination in Established Governing Over Ourselves, as it is described to exist in Longstanding Vested Heritage; as opposed to the Open Boarders Socialized Globalization Idea that would overrun and overthrow the American United States as it is understood in favor of a Free-For-All of Foreign Occupation.

In that regard, WE have serious issues to point-out concerning the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 14th Amendments; and the clause inherent with the 5th and 14th Amendments: "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;" to the point made that the sanctity of life and liberty "Are Rights."

The Cause of Action being: that Mental Hygiene Law is conducted under 7th Amendment Medical Civil Law in that no crime has been committed; yet tit is depriving individuals of their life and liberty nonetheless; and more seriously, to be allowed to force them into Disabling Chemical Sedation, Electro-Shock, and Surgical Lobotomy Treatment, and to be depriving individuals of their vitality, of their physical well-being, and their stature of mental competency, to then not be able to function normally in society, without the safeguards accorded to the accused under the penal laws; and to the U.S. Supreme Court Appeal that these Strong Tranquilizer Chemicals are Excruciating To Endure and Suicidally Induce the Mental Illnesses that they are advertised to alleviate; and quite deadly in the hands of Fascist Heroin Mafia Regimes (to be thought of in ways of Silencing Dissent in the former Communist Soviet Union), or in the hands of Corrupt Political, Medical, Pharmaceutical Conspiracy, or Foreign Subversive Element's motives, against our American Soldiers, To Weaponize Psychiatric Diagnosis Labeling and Treatment.

And of what Psychiatric Labeling, Treatment, and History Of, that then leaves the hapless individuals who are being negatively affected without Due Process Rights, with the life-long stigma of "Back Ground Checks;" of serious consequence for The 2nd Amendment Gun Licensing, FAA and other types of Professional Licensing, and Employment; as to what the Legal Defense Rights are that the Psychiatrically Accused have under Due Process Rights Guarantees of the 14th Amendment to Defend Themselves with; as to what the Legal Grounds are that constitutes a Valid Mental Illness Condition to have to be reported about, (and most importantly to have to endure the social stigma of,) and what the Legal Grounds are that the State can Force Disabling Treatment onto anyone without their consent?

There is also a Statute of Limitations question here to be answered for here; as to why if there is a Statute of Limitations for various crimes; that the records of such crimes (and psychiatric histories) endure on forever to answer for ... "have you ever?" To ask then, why are there not Statutes of Limitations for such records?)

It all does not express to be "In The American Way" as our Framers intended, of our standards of justice rooted in the tradition and conscience of our people.

We will need at least $100,000.00 to take this through Federal Court and perhaps to The U.S. Supreme Court for our suit In Equity, and Law, against The Veterans Administration; in "Equity" to compel the V.A. into a "Benign Setting" of Bed Rest "Convalescence" (replacing the negative terminology conveyed by the labeling of "Psychiatric Wards" in Government Malfeasance for the Treatment of Combat Stress Fatigue related maladies as casualties of War, (and No War Is Ever Fought Without Trauma and Fatigue, of the sheer Horrors of War to endure, of the Bloodshed, and Kill and Be Killed Real Life Trauma, and to have to endure the heartache and the torment of Empathy Felt for Slain and Wounded Comrades, and to be faced with the torment of Remorse and Guilt over the lives taken, and in all regards for the sheer mental and physical exhaustion of what it means to fight a war in the day-in and day-out of it); "To Forbid" the V.A.'s/Pharmaceutical Industry's use of Strong Psychotropic Tranquilizers Sedation for overall restraining purposes, (except in the temporary emergency settings in Disruptive Behavior of being a Threat to Oneself or Others); and as well To Compel the V.A. to Provide General Legal Counsel for these matters, and for any "Labeling of a Psychiatric Illness" upon anyone; and for these Veterans to then be able to defend themselves against any V.A. Medical and Administrative Malfeasances; and for V.A. Legal Counsel to be provided to Veterans for the Recovery of Damages from the V.A.’s Neglect and Medical Malpractice. The "Case at Law" here in such regard having to do with the prosecution and conviction of V.A. Administrative and Medical Staff for their parts, overtly, or in Cover-Up, of the Mass-Murder in Depraved Indifference of our Nation’s Veterans by Suicide and Neglect; and for the callous suffering inflicted by the V.A.'s Psychiatric Labeling and Mis-Treatment in Injuries to our Veterans.

It is a huge toll of Veterans Lives being sacrificed and lost to this alien and socially repugnant realm of Psychiatric Labeling and Treatment. If WE have to take this to The United States Supreme Court, WE Will, in a concerned Stance as a United Veterans Organization in judgment against the Veterans Administration to correct the injustice of the tragic Veterans Psychiatric Suicide Crisis being generated by V.A. Psychiatric Labeling and Disabling Treatment in depriving each of them of their Vigor and Mental Competency; "Without Due Process of Law;" (in the meaning of our Veterans Having No Defense to it); that no one in the Veterans Administration seems to care to want to do anything about. The lawyers WE have lined up can't be expected to do the work for nothing.  Although that it would not hurt the lawyers of this Nation any To Take an Active Interest in their country To Settle this Misconduct of V.A. Betrayal and to Volunteer their Patriotic Services.

One of the main obstacles to resolving this Crisis has been the Medical Industry’s Corrupt Creation of a Captive Mental Health/Pharmacy Market being generated by Drug Promotion Pay-Out’s to the V.A.’s Medical/Administrative Staff combined with Pharmaceutical Campaign Contributions to Federal Legislators; being bolstered by Subversive Media Propaganda to prey on the Public’s Hysteria of our Combat Veterans being Homicidal and needing to be kept on their "Meds".

"It's illegal to give kickbacks to doctors to prescribe drugs, but it is legal to give money to doctors to help promote their drugs. Some corrupt doctors make tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars a year beyond their normal practice just for working with the industry." The Sunshine Act, requires all pharmaceutical and medical device companies to publicly report payments to doctors of more than $10.  These Doctors are guilty of Depraved Indifference Mass-Murder awaiting Intervention (as with the case of the Criminally Corrupt Opioid Pushing Doctors).  This is a V.A. War Confrontation that Requires Immediate National Resolution.

Remember, these are our Nation's Military Veterans, and the backbone of our Nation's Defenses, who are being Suicidally Terminated by the V.A.'s Malfeasance.

Well stated Gary,

And maybe this among other harms you have previously mentioned will be part of an arbitration to remedy the harms done to our Veterans.

I am still stuck on using Private Law Arbitration because it has worked for others - individuals and groups of people. We need to make this public one day soon for our Veterans and their family members.   Please know the cost to each individual are minimal $200. to$25 per veteran and lower depending on how many signatories there are to pursue Arbitration process.

ATLANTA - "Overwhelmed, overwhelmed."

That's how Laquna Ross told Channel 2 Action News she felt after she found her dad with swollen, red bumps all over his body and his hands swollen when she visited him last week before his death at the Eagle's Nest Community Living Center, a nursing home for veterans on the Atlanta VA Medical Center campus. Ross' father, Joel Marrable, served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. The woman said her father was already in poor health.

"Yes, he had cancer. Yes, he was going to die," she said.

Ross said when she asked a center staffer about all the bumps, the staffer told her it was because of ants. Marrable was bitten more than 100 times, according to Ross.

"His room had ants, the ceiling, the walls, the beds. They were everywhere," Ross said. "The staff member says to me, ‘When we walked in here, we thought Mr. Marrable was dead. We thought he wasn't even alive, because the ants were all over him.'"

Apparently, the people in charge of running our V.A. Medical System just don't care.  I'm for taking it to the top personally, (by what effective method to yet be determined).
