At the January 22, 2013, City Council meeting, Pleasant View Police Chief Scott Jackson and Sergeant Jerry Anderson made a presentation advancing Officer Clark to Master Officer. This advancement requires going “beyond that which is required.” Officer Clark submitted an application for advancement and had taken a number of classes. He has almost 10 years of experience under his belt, including police field supervisor and Senior Resource Officer for Weber High School for the last 4 years. Master Officer Clark attended the presentation with his fiancée Jessica. He was congratulated by Citizen Alan Hadley, who was also in attendance at the meeting.
