Perry Mid-Singles Ward—Ruth Huff wanted to make sure the campout went off without a hitch at the Box Elder campground. There was food, volleyball, and a great campfire. They spent time roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. The kids had a blast exploring and playing with all their friends. It was nice to have time for the adults to enjoy each other’s company. Some went home after the evenings activities and others stayed until morning. Everyone enjoyed the time with friends and neighbors. Thanks for all those who participated.

Perry 9th Ward—Claudia Petersen set off to make the August 6 Ward party a great success at the Bear River Bottoms Water Slide. With much of the ward coming and bringing salads and desserts there was plenty of food for all. And of course the kids had a blast on the slides even getting a few of the adults to come and join in. It was a great end of summer party.

KarMel Leishman was in charge of a very informative Relief Society Night with Dianne Curtis speaking on "Women's Health," a topic that more women need to be looking at. With their lives full and demanding with family, work, and other things, women need to take more time to take care of their health. Doris Giles demonstrated how to Index on Family Search after Dianne’s presentation.

Perry 3rd Ward—Marissa Nelson was in charge of getting two quilts tied for Humanitarian Aid on August 11, the Young Women helped get the quilt tied with some help of the Relief Society sisters.

The Young Men had a great last summer fling with a water slide.
