Willard 5th Ward—August 11, the Cub Scouts had their pack meeting at Willard Bay for a service project of picking up trash and pulling weeds. The Cub Scout’s families were invited to come help. After they had a hot dog roast, the kids had a lot of fun when the work was done. Thanks for the great service project!

Kristi Hone is working with the Stake on a big ‘Pillowcase Project’ for the American Red Cross, with the Primary children. The kids will be learning and practicing emergency preparedness skills. They worked hard on their projects on Saturday, August 15. We want to thank all the adults and helpers that came to help the Primary kids with this project to help others.

Willard 6th Ward—The 3-5th graders was invited to help with the Pillowcase Project. The kids learned about and practiced emergency preparedness skills, at this activity put on by the Red Cross.

Crystal Kearl wanted to let the Ward know that the Young Men and Young Women went boating at Mantua August 12, for their end of the summer activity. They all had a grand time and wish to thank all the adults that made it happen.

Savanna Hancey was in charge of the Stake Co-Ed softball tournament on August 1.  It was a day of fun.

Willard 3rd Ward—The Elders Quorum Presidency did a great job with the Ward campout on August 14–15.  Held at the Mantua camp, the event had a great turn out where everyone enjoyed themselves by spending time with friends and neighbors.
