Wednesday, January 25, 2017 - 11:30am

With the continuing weather conditions that have happened in the last few weeks we would again like to encourage everyone in Box Elder County to in role in the countywide system of CODE RED.

This system is for the citizens to be notified by your local emergency response team in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include: evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.

There have been reports of highways being closed, school closures and the most recent was of the heavy snow-loads to roofs. Please take a minute and go to the web-site and register for calls and texts to your home phone or cell.
