Karen Cronin Running for Mayor

I am running for re-election for Mayor to continue to serve and support the community. I will continue to conservatively manage valuable resources and work together with council members, staff, and hundreds of volunteers to provide critical services such police protection, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), clean and ample water supply, garbage and sewer collection, maintained streets, multi-use parks and green spaces, and preserve a sense of community to ensure that both now and in the future Perry is the Perfect Place to Call Home!

Ester Montgomery

·         Council Member

·         Lived in Perry for the last 7 years

·         Planning commissioner for 2 ½ yrs.

Ester said "i am as engaged as ever and excited to see this community thriving. I have enjoyed my time on the council. I feel it is a sacard trust to be an elected official. It is challenging and rewarding in turns, but I would very much like to continue to serve the people of Perry city."

Nicole Butler running for City Council

I'm so excited to be officially endorsed by Equality Utah! I always feel so alone in my progressive views up here in Box Elder, but this just gave me a new surge of excitement about, well, everything. I will always stand up for equality and could not be prouder to have this endorsement. #equalityutah #ally

If I only accomplish one thing in running for city council, I'm okay if this is it. I would like all Perry residents to know there is an ally here if you need one!

Andrew

These little signs will start popping up in the neighborhood. If anyone knows of a good place to put them, let me know! I hope to spread the word and have a good turnout for elections on November 7th - Three Mile Creek Elementary, 7 AM to 8 PM!

I have lived in Box Elder County for 13 years, and in Perry since 2012. My wife, Nicole, five children, and many good people have influenced me for good - so I'd like to give back, work hard, and serve. I have been an educator for 13 years and earned a BA in History and a MFHD (Masters of Family and Human Development) from Utah State University. Please email me with any questions at watkinscitycouncil@gmail.com

I am running because (1) I have a deep interest in serving and strengthening the community and securing the best future possible for my five children and Perry friends, (2) I feel that I can establish healthy and diplomatic relationships with all citizens, (3) I value healthy economic development while preserving Perry heritage, history, and culture, (4) I support Perry community events as well as road/park safety and improvement, and (5) I will seek to be well-informed in order to make wise decisions regarding finance allocation and community issues.
