Growing smart is in out planning department and its principles ans are in every city and county and in the US through Federal Rules and grants. This a global plan but implemented locally you'll see it as a regional plan you might see it called Vision2035, where they want us all in stack and pack housing restricted mobility and restrictive land use policies dictatred by unelected committees and mommisssions.
Common Core is another one of thier plans to come dumb down our childern.
