Dear UNF President David Szymanski:

I have signed up for the free advanced tickets to hear former U.S. Ambassador to The United Nations Madeleine Albright speak at the University of North Florida Presidential Lecture Series to be held on February 5, 2020 at the UNF Arena at 7:00 P.M..

Madeleine Jana Korbel Albright is a very dedicated American politician and diplomat. She is the first female United States Secretary of State in U.S. history, having served from 1997 to 2001 under President Bill Clinton.  In 1993, Clinton appointed her to the position of U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. She held that position until 1997, when she succeeded Warren Christopher as Secretary of State.  Ms. Albright served in that capacity until Clinton left office in 2001. Along with her family, Albright immigrated to the United States in 1948 from Czechoslovakia.  She was born on May 15, 1937 and is 82 years of age.

I worked closely with the Ambassador through her Public Affairs Officer Ms. Patricia Kuffler during her tenure at the U.N. from January 27, 1993 – January 21, 1997 on National Security Advisory matters connected to the International War On Drugs on behalf of the former late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan (NYS D).

I have enclosed some brief particulars of my correspondences with her concerning the International Interdiction to Heroin/Opium and other illicit Drug Trafficking at the time involving the Golden Triangle Asian Nations, Mexico, Central and South American, Cuba, and the Opium/Heroin Al Qaeda Afghanistan Iranian European/Russian Mafias Network Connections, all connected and supplying Drugs and Chemicals to the United States through numberous Mafia/Cartel Regimes.

The Helter Skelter anarchy of the Vietnam Era Drug War, with its associated Drug Chemical Warfare Assault in deliberate attack upon the lives and well-being of the American People; involving the weaponized use of LSD, PCP Angel Dust, Sedation Pharmacy Chemicals, Direct Sabotage and Contact Effects of the Nasally Snorted Cocaine and Heroin, and just plain Poisons, was brought under control by the conclusion of the Ms. Albright's tenure with the Clinton Administration.

U.S. International/INTERPOL Drug Growing, Producing, Smuggling, and Trafficking Intervention Efforts, Ordered by President Clinton and backed by Congress, armed with Martial Law General Warrant Search and Seizure Operations for Roadblocks and Drug Raids based to the Obviousness of Suspicion, with the Death Penalty associated for Drug Connected Homicides, and very stringent routine periodic and sporadic mandatory drug testing for Businesses, Schools, and All Law Enforcement Personnel, along with the Psychological Ameliorated Appeasement Pacification of the Warfaring Entities, saved the day in that relative time period.

The Drug War, although now abated somewhat from the foreground of the Nation's attention in its overt aggression(s) upon the innocent American population lives, has now lapsed into a Liberal Laissez faire "No Questions Asked" Clean Needle Exchange Heroin/Opioid Somnambulism being covered over by the Mass of Illegal Invasion Immigration ongoing.  No one can ever tell whether anyone dies from a deliberate or accidental Drug Overdose, or from a Drug Inflicted Murder Sabotage.

Additional personal correspondences of the Albright United Nations Era in references are available on request.
