 EMERGENCY!!!

There was recently a gas leak in town. Barricades were placed to block people from accessing the area. Several people chose to drive around them putting themselves and responders at great risk. If you see flashing lights stay away! Curious onlookers often block access to emergency vehicles and hinder the efforts as well as create dangerous situations for the responders and those they are assisting. Now would be a good time to drive by your house. See if the house numbers are clearly visible from the streets. Make sure your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in good working order. If your carbon monoxide detector goes off, call Box Elder County Dispatch at 435-734-3800 Option 0 (or 911 if it is an emergency)
