Notice is hereby given to qualified persons residing within Perry City that the 2015 General Election in Perry City (for all voting precincts) will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Three Mile Creek Elementary School located at 2625 South 1050 West Perry Utah. Voters are required to present identification that bears the name and photograph of the voter. The following are valid forms of identification: Current valid Utah drivers license; Current valid identification card that is issued by the state, or a branch, department or agency of the United States; Current valid Utah permit to carry a concealed weapons; current valid United States Passport; or valid tribal identification card.
