Easy Italian Pasta Salad or Dinner
-1 bag of your favorite noodles (I like the tri-color noodles because they’re pretty)
-1 bottle of Italian Dressing or make up your own- I use Good Season’s packet and follow the directions. (I like to add some spices like a little extra pepper, garlic salt, etc.
-Fresh diced vegetables- I like some or all of the following: tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, broccoli, sweet peppers, red onions, etc.)
-You could add diced cheese like mozzarella or colby jack or grated Parmesan
-Make it into a main course by adding spiced and diced cooked chicken, sliced polish sausage, pepperoni, etc.
Just cook the noodles, rinse in cold water, and toss together with diced vegetables, dressing, cheese, meat, etc.
*This tastes a little better after the flavors have had time to marinate in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, and up to over night
