Come explore the vast wilderness at the Ogden Nature Center with your children. There is much to see! Different trails, walks, look-outs and caves to take advantage of. Also, each Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the Education building there are fun classes focusing on aspects about nature such as honeybees, animals and flowers. Ogden River Parkway Located East of 12th Street to the mouth of Ogden Canyon
You can choose to walk, scooter, skate or bike along the the asphalt trail. If you begin the trail at the east trailhead and follow the asphalt along the river, you’ll go past Rainbow Gardens, Dinosaur Park and the Greenery Restaurant. Also there are plenty of hiking spots including the Bird Song trail and the Bonneville Shoreline trail located in the South West parking lot of Rainbow Gardens. Both trails are good for beginner or intermediate hikers. Also perfect for mountain biking as well.
