PERRY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA
The Perry Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on the Thursday identified above,
starting at approximately 7:45 p.m., in the City Council Room, at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry.
Agenda items may vary depending on length of discussion, cancellation of scheduled items, or
agenda alteration. Numbers and/or times are estimates of when agenda items will be discussed. Action on public hearing(s) will always be later in the same meeting or at a subsequent meeting. Every agenda item shall be a discussion and/or action item, unless otherwise indicated.

A. Public Hearing regarding Item 4A: Ordinance 14-C, to amend certain provisions of PMC Chapter 54.05 (General Parking Design), including minimum parking requirements for ?Commercial Sales of Agricultural Products?

3. Land Use Applications (Administrative Action)
Rules: (1) Documentation must be submitted to planning staff 2 weeks in advance. (2) The applicant or a representative must be present for action to be taken.
A. Preliminary and/or Final Recommendation to the City Council to Approve a Commercial Site Plan for Pointe Perry Subdivision (located on Phase 1, Lot 6; and Phase 3, Lot 17, west of the I-15/1100 South Interchange, and south of the ?Truck Stop and Hotel) for a Store Location for ?Commercial Sales of Agricultural Products? (Applicant, Hix Snedeker Companies)
B. Preliminary Recommendation regarding a Residential /Commercial Subdivision and a Commercial Site Plan for Parcel No. 02-037-0048 (comprising 3.98 Acres), on the northeast corner of 1200 West and 3600 South, proposed to be subdivision into 7 residential lots (of approx. 1/3 acre each, since rezoned to R1/3) and 1 commercial lot (with multiple storage units, to remain in the C Zone)

4. Land Use Ordinances, Zoning, Design Guidelines, General Plan, Etc.
(Planning and Quasi-Legislative Action)-Recommendation to the City Council
A. Ordinance 14-C, to amend certain provisions of PMC Chapter 54.5 (General Parking Design), including minimum parking requirements for ?Commercial Sales of Agricultural Products?
