NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NORTH OGDEN CITY AND THE NORTH OGDEN REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden City Council and the North Ogden City Redevelopment Agency will hold public hearings on February 11, 2013 beginning at 6:30pm or soon thereafter in the Council Chambers located at 505 E 2600 N, North Ogden , UT. The hearings will be held to receive comments on the following amendment to the current fiscal year budget 2013-2014. 1. Appropriate from donations $4,905.00 to various park & aquatic center expenditure accounts. 2. Appropriate from grants $4,500 to pay for cameras for police vehicles. 3. Appropriate from General Fund Balance $296,070 to transfer to capital projects fund. 4. Appropriate from insurance precedes $6,347.53 to various street and park expenditure accounts. 5. Appropriate from the RDA Fund Balance $40,000 to Professional and Engineering Services accounts to pay for expenses relating to RDA projects. 6. Appropriate from grants $14,590 to transfer to capital projects fund for street project expenses. 7. Appropriate from Police Motor Pool fund balance $10,000 to vehicle maintenance. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
