Notice of Public Hearing
The Weber-Morgan Board of Health will conduct a hearing to obtain comments, oral or written, concerning proposed changes to the Department?s Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment Regulation, now to be renamed Regulation for Body Art Facilities. Changes to the regulation have been made to update operator and patron safety requirements as well as overall sanitation and sterilization requirements. Permitting requirements were also established to accommodate Temporary Body Art events.

Written comments may also be submitted to the Environmental Health Section of the Health Department, or by email to mgladwell@co.weber.ut.us until 4:00 p.m. on February 18, 2014.
