The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on March 13, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows:

The proposed zone change will be from R ½ and MU-40 to PD to include parcels #02-053-0015, 0056, 0057 and 0014, Planning Commission Recommendation and set for Public Hearing.
b. Review and approval of Resolution 2014-6 A Resolution Adopting the Sanitary Sewer Management Plan and Approving the 2013 Municipal Wastewater Planning Program Self-Assessment Report.
