PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 6:00 PM.

C. Approval of the agenda and minutes from the February 15th and March 1st Planning Commission Meetings

ADMINISTRATIVE

1. Discussion/Decision - Recommendation for approval of the Fox Meadow Phase 5 Subdivision, dividing an approximately 10 acre parcel into 38 residential lots, two commercial lots, and two common area parcels. Property is located at approximately 600 W and 2700 N; parcel numbers 17-061-0001, 17-060-0006, and 17-060-0043.

2. Discussion/Decision - Approval of the Peterson Conditional Use Permit, allowing for the construction of a single-family residence in the Pole Patch Subdivision.

3. Discussion/Decision - Approval of the C & A Plumbing Site Plan, allowing for the construction of a new building in the Parkland Commercial Subdivision.

4. Discussion/Decision - Approval of the Pro Plumbing Site Plan, allowing for the construction of a new building in the Stonefield Commercial Subdivision.

5. Discussion/Decision - Approval of a proposed plat amendment to the Willow Brook Subdivision, adjusting the lot lines between two lots located on HWY 89.

6. Discussion/Decision - Approval of the Beehive Assisted Living Site Plan, allowing for the construction of a new building in the Willow Brook Subdivision.
