NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NORTH OGDEN CITY
Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on November 27th, 2018 beginning at 6pm or shortly after in the Council Chambers located at 505 E 2600 N, North Ogden, UT. The hearing will be held to receive comments on proposed amendments to the budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019. Copies of proposed amendments are available for public inspection at the North Ogden City Offices, 505 E 2600 N.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NORTH OGDEN CITY
CONSIDERATION OF ROADWAY PROPERTY USE
North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on November 27, 2018 to consider modifying the proposed use of a parcel of ground located east of 775 E. at 1750 N. from being held in reserve for a future roadway and instead allow for the property to be used for a detention basin by the proposed subdivision just north of this property.
All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-7211 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
