The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on April 10, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows:

1)Consideration of Ordinance 2014-C, approving the development agreement for the Combined Application for a Conditional Use Permit/Sensitive Lands Review and Zone Change request for Granite Ridge Subdivision located at approximately 660 South 250 East. The proposed zone change will be from R ½ and MU-40 to PD to include parcels #02-053-0015, 0055, 0056, 0057 and 0014.
