The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on May 8, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows:

a. Granite Ridge Development ? John Lewis? Discussion and clarification on requirement to install pressurized irrigation water for the development, water shares required as per Willard City Ordinance, and water model for amount of water units available for development.
b. Luke Braegger ? Discussion on the possibility of building on property owned on 100 West.
c. Consideration of Resolution 2014-7 A RESOLUTION OF THE WILLARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BIO-WEST ENGINEERING TO PROVIDE ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES TO CONDUCT A WETLANDS STUDY TO MEET THE GRANT AWARD REQUIREMENT FOR THE PROPOSED 200 W TRAIL.
d. Review and possible approval of Ordinance 2014-C REVISING TITLE 1 PART 420 OF THE WILLARD CITY GENERAL ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT RECORDS ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT ACT (GRAMA)
e. Consideration of Resolution 2014- 8 APPROVING THE GRAMA POLICY, ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR RECORDS REQUESTS AND APPROVING REQUEST AND RESPONSE FORMS.
f. Consideration and approval of Resolution 2014-9 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISION OF THE WILLARD CITY PERSONNEL POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL SECTION ?EMPLOYEE CODE OF CONDUCT?
