Liberty Pipeline Company (the ?Company?), located in Liberty, Utah and serving development in the northwest corner of Ogden Valley Township in Weber County, intends to contract to prepare an impact fee analysis related to Culinary Water. According to Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-205, an impact fee facilities plan is not required, but an Impact Fee Analysis will be completed. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-503. You are hereby invited to provide information for the Company to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced impact fee analysis.
