Notice of PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Pleasant View Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 and the Pleasant View City Council at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2014. These meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at City Offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View, Utah 84414:
GPA 14-025: A request by William Snedden for a General Plan Amendment request for 4300 North Ranches, of approximately 169 areas encompassing an area from 4300 North and a mile north, from 1100 West (alignment) a quarter of mile east and also a quarter of a mile west (TINs: 16-012-000, -002, -0073, and -0074). The amendment consists of the inclusion of a Master Planned Community land use classification in the City?s General Plan and for this area to be amended from the Mountain Residential land use classification to Master Planned Community land use classification.
