Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board
of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 5th day of August 2014.
The agenda for the meeting consists of the following:

D. Consent Items
1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $255,711.47.
2. Request for approval to ratify warrants #311710 - #311948 in the amount of $1,785,386.91 dated July 29, 2014.
3. Request for approval of warrants #311949 - #312239 in the amount of $783,802.17.
4. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on July 22, 2014.
5. Request for approval to ratify a new beer licenses.
6. Request for approval of new business licenses.
7. Request for approval ratification of Underground Right of Way Easement Agreement for Southwest Branch/Headquarters Library between Weber County Corp. and PacifiCorp, d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power.
8. Request for approval of ACH payment to US Bank in the amount of $86,094.41 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending June 16, 2014.
9. Request for approval of a Cooperative Agreement Extension by and between Weber County and NRCS for the Emergency Watershed Project on the Lower Weber River, extension to March 2015.
10. Request for consideration and action on an addendum to extend a site plan development agreement and escrow certificate in the amount of $8,000 for the Powder Mountain Kids Ski School Trailer.
E. Action Items
1. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden Publishing Corp. for the Standard Examiner Fall Home Show to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center on September 24-27, 2014.
