PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by William Snedden for GPA 14-025, a General Plan Amendment request for 4300 North Ranches, of approximately 169 areas encompassing an area from 4300 North and a mile north, from 1100 West (alignment) a quarter of mile east and also a quarter of a mile west (TINs: 16-012-000, -002, -0073, and -0074). The amendment consists of the inclusion of a Master Planned Community land use classification in the City?s General Plan and for this area to be amended from the Mountain Residential land use classification to Master Planned Community land use classification. (Continued from July 10, 2014 Meeting)
