PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 26th day of August 2014.

1. Request for approval to ratify purchase orders in the amount of $108,163.41 dated August 19, 2014.

3. Request for approval to ratify warrants #312427 - #312633 in the amount of $896,285.67 dated August 19, 2014.
4. Request for approval of warrants #312634-#312862 in the amount of $1,594,928.56.
5. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on August 12, 2014.
6. Request from the Weber County Sheriff?s Office for approval to surplus fifteen intoxilyzers.
7. Request from the Weber County Sheriff?s Office for approval to surplus two Phillips Heartstart FR2 AEDs.

Request for approval of an Interlocal Agreement by and among Weber County, The City of Logan, Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District, North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District, Trans-Jordan Cities and South Utah Valley Solid Waste District to jointly create, operate and maintain Northern Utah Environmental Resource Agency as an interlocal entity pursuant to the Utah Interlocal Cooperation Act, Title 11, Chapter 13, UCA.
