The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on August 28, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows:

Consideration of Resolution 2014-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE WILLARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 28,2008, AMENDING THE PERCENTAGE OF THE JOINT OWNERSHIP, CONSTRUCTION, USE, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY FROM WILLARD 34% AND PERRY 66% TO WILLARD 39% AND PERRY 61%.
