Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a CUP 14-029, a request by Cari Etherington for a Conditional Use Permit for an expansion of approximately 3,900 square feet of self-storage for an additional 29 units located at approximately 945 W 2700 North (TINs: 17-066-0086 and -0087) which property lies in the C-2 (Commercial) zoning district.
