Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board
of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 30th day of September 2014.

5. Request from the Operations Department for approval to surplus Parcels #07-083-0046, #25-030-0036 and #03-023-0023

12. Request to approve the following retirement incentive windows:
a. for county employees with at least 26 years but less than 30 years in the Utah Retirement System;
b. for county employees with more than 30 years in the Utah Retirement System;
c. for county public safety employees with more than 20 years in the Utah Public Safety Retirement System.
Employees are required to have the requisite years noted above on or before December 31, 2014.
