The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on October 9, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows:

Review of Perry City?s Response to the proposed AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 28, 2008, AMENDING THE PERCENTAGE OF THE JOINT OWNERSHIP, CONSTRUCTION, USE, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY FROM WILLARD 34% AND PERRY 66% TO WILLARD 39% AND PERRY 61%.
