PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on CUP 14-037, a request by Craig Saunders for a Conditional Use Permit, for a temporary shed for sandblasting located at approximately 1590 W 2775 North (TIN: 19-016-0149) which property lies in the MP-1 (Manufacturing) zoning district.
2. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on ZTA 13-033, a text amendment to remove Chapter 18.68 Master Planned Community (MPC) from the City Municipal Code.
SCHEDULED ITEMS:
3. Discussion and Possible Action on FSP 14-033, a request by Travis Taylor, on behalf of Westates, for Amended Final Plat approval of the Cove Phase 2, a 6.65-acre parcel located in the vicinity east of Hillsborough between 2700 North and 2550 North, which property lies in the RM (Residential Multi-Family) zoning district. The amendment alters the lot lines of the original 17 lots of separate multi-family residential buildings and common area, for a total of 88 units.
4. Discussion and Possible Action on SP 14-034, a request by Mark Castro for Site Plan approval of CNC Construction, a 14,400 SF industrial/warehouse building and associated site improvements located at 2756 N. Parkland Blvd (TIN:19-121-0007), which lies in the MCM (Manufacturing/Commercial Mix) zoning district.
5. 2700 North Corridor Specific Area Plan update and proposed public meeting schedule.
6. Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of the 2015 Planning Commission Regular Meeting Schedule.
