The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a special meeting on January 29, 2015. The meeting will begin with a work session at 5:30 p.m. The City Council member will convene at the City Shops 160 E 300 S to tour the shop and see some suggested areas of improvement. The members will then convene at the Willard City Hall to, 80 West 50 South at 6:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter for the following:
1. Call to Order
a. Invocation
b. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Business
a. Discussion of Loan amount from Capital Projects Fund to Water Fund the 100 N Waterline Project and set a public hearing for the budget adjustment.
b. Van Mund - Request for approval of expenditure of approximately $1,500 from Fire Department Restricted Funds for annual Fire Department Dinner.
c. Approval of minutes: January 22, 2015, meeting.
