The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on February 12, 2015, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows:

a. Ryan Tingey - Letter of intent for South Willard Water ? Request for approval. (This item is a continuation of the letter requested by Former Commissioner Ryan Tingey requiring all residents in South Willard to connect to the Willard City water system if an annexation is approved.)

Public Hearing: to take public comment on proposed changes to the 2014-15 Fiscal Year Budget to increase the Water Fund capital expenditures $75,000 for the 100 N Waterline Replacement project.
c. Consideration of Resolution 2015-04 - Approving the increasing in the Capital Expenditures in the Water fund to complete the 100 N Waterline Replacement Project
d. Final review of bids and contract award for the 100 N Waterline Project.
