PUBLIC HEARINGS
The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday September 16, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
The Hearing is to consider a legislative application to rezone land located at approximately 1750 North Washington Boulevard from Commercial Zone (C-2) to Master Planned Community Zone (MPC). The Village of Prominence Point, Phase 2 is a mixed use project with a combination of commercial and residential uses.
