2. CONSIDER CONDITIONAL USE approval of for a kennel and dog breeding at 1073 North Harrisville Road, contingent upon City Council approval of Ordinance 475 - Susan Smith & Randy Peterson
3. CONSENT APPROVAL of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes September 9, 2015.
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS: This is an opportunity to address the Planning commission regarding your concerns or ideas on land use issues. Comments are limited to three minutes. The Planning commission cannot take action on any item brought to the planning Commissions' attention except to instruct staff to place this item on a future agenda.
