Notice of PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Pleasant View City Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2015 and Pleasant View City Council at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at City Offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View, Utah 84414:
ZTA 15-036: Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a text amendment to repeal or modify provisions of Chapter 18.25 Residential Multi-Family Zone (R-M), Chapter 20.38 Gateway Zones, and Chapter 20.40 Mixed Use Zones from the City Municipal Code.
