Notice of Public Hearing on a Proposal for Creation of an Agriculture Protection Area

Hereby is notice that a public hearing will be held on January 26, 2016, 10 a.m., regarding the proposal to create an agriculture protection area (APA) approx. between 5900 W & 8300 W & 700 N St. by the Weber County Commission, in the Commission Chambers, 2380 Washington Blvd., 1st floor, Ogden. No proposed modifications to the proposed APA were received. The Western Weber Planning Commission and Advisory Committee recommended approval. Interested persons may appear at the public hearing and speak in favor of or against the proposal or the recommendations of the planning commission or advisory committee.
