3. Consideration to approve the Local Building Authority minutes of June 21, 2016.

4. Public Hearing- Public hearing to allow public input regarding the issuance and sale of not more than $3,500,000 aggregate principal amount of lease revenue bonds, series 2016, of the Local Building Authority of North View Fire District, Utah; any potential economic impact that the project to be financed with the proceeds of the series 2016 bonds may have on the private sector and related matters.
